Education

Translating research to practice is at the heart of my educational philosophy. Teaching is more than just ensuring that students learn content, rather they must learn to think critically, to challenge their assumptions, and to solve problems.

Research

I conduct research and write on leadership, ethical decision-making, meaning and purpose at work, and communication and effective presentation skills.

COACHING

Sometimes we all need a little one-on-one support. I coach and advise individuals and groups on a variety of professional development topics; including navigating a professional career, presentation and communication, problem-solving at work, and leadership development.
