I enjoy helping other people solve problems; whether they need a little individual coaching or guiding groups in organizations through a process of learning how to embody a problem-solving mindset. I am a Socratic advisor, in that I ask question to challenge your thinking to help you on your path.

I offer individual coaching, group workshops, and lecturing and speaking.
